Tibial osteotomy for lengthening and straightening of Blount’s disease.
Doctor: S. Robert Rozbruch
Patient: Renee
Renee had Blount’s disease since childhood. Despite other surgeries, her right leg was severely bowed and was 4 cm short. A Taylor spatial frame was applied to the leg to match the deformity and then gradual straightening and lengthening was achieved over the next several weeks.
Her right leg has been lengthened and straightened. Her knee and back pain have improved.
