Tibia Lengthening and Correction in a Child (pediatric) After Growth Plate Injury

James fractrured his tibia and injured the growth plate. He had an external rotation and varus deformity as well as 3 cm of shortening. We did a double level tibia and fibula osteotomy using a Taylor Spatial Frame for gradual lengthening and correction. End result: equal leg lengths and correction of all deformity.
